  1.Q: Why it is necessary to register?
A: Since after registration, you will get the right to see the more detailed information about our products, it is convenient for customers to keep informed about our most updated information, therefore we can service customers better. Moreover the registration is free of charge.

 
  2.Q: What is the process to require the samples?
A:1st You must register and based on the registration requirement, leave you contact information.
2nd We then E-mail you the pictures of our samples. After you make the selection decision and inform us, we will send the original samples to you soonest.
3rd If satisfied, you can put an order.

 
3.Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Normally it takes around 15-30 days, based on the styles and requirements of customers.
4.Q£ºWhat is the minimum quantity per order?
A: The minimum quantity is different according to the category of the goods. The details are the following:
Metal - 10 Dozens /style
Fabric - 50 Dozens / color / style
Plastic -50 Dozens / color / style
Imitation Hair: Headgear - 100 Pcs/ color / style; Hairpieces: - 50 Pcs / color / style
Bag: 100 Pcs /color/style
5.Q: What is the minimum sum per order?
A: The minimal limit is US$ 5,000 ( FOB HongKong) and the quantity of styles is required to be within 30.
6.Q: What is the terms of payment?
A:1) Our company only accepts T/T payments. After receiving your order, we will provide the preforma invoices and other relevant documents that you require.
2) When the deposit of 30% of the total amount is received, we start producing.
3) When the goods are ready, we will send the packing documents and invoices to you. If no problem, please T/T the left amount to our bank account. We make the shipment immediately.
7.Q£ºHow the color of the goods is arranged?
A: We will match colors based on the requirements of customers, e.g crystal, CZ, plating, polishing and imitation hair etc. But the changes of some styles can be only arranged by increasing the quantity, e.g. for the categories of plastic and fabric goods, it requires to be around 50 Dozens per color per style.
8.Q: If the goods have the problems, how can it be guaranteed?
A: If the problems belong to the quality, (delivery) time, we undertakes all the responsibilities. It can also be solved by discussing with customers based on the actual conditions.
Q: What kind of other services does your company provide?
A: We have long-term cooperation with some logistics companies in mainland China and HongKong, e.g. Panalpina China Ltd, Abx Logistics Ltd , etc.
B: If you need, we can provide FORM A.
The charges in mainland China: Rmb 350;
The charges in HongKong is HK $ 350, if required.
Q: If I want to visit the company, and discuss the business cooperation face to face, how is the trip arranged?
A: The following are the three alternatives:
1) Get the visa and other documents ready, fly to HongKong(HK). Then from HK airport go to Guangzhou by bus. The left transportation can be arranged by Taxi or by our company.
2) From HK airport fly directly to Guangzhou. The left transportation can be arranged by Taxi or by our company.
3) From HK airport arrive at Mid-Harbor City by underground, and then to South-Sha Harbor. The left transportation can be arranged by Taxi or by our company.
The estimated expenses is around HK 300-350.
